Some olive tree are not just sold, but even stolen. And stealing an olive tree is not a so easy... The nice thing is that an olive tree is one of the most terrible trees to keep in a garden. Why? It makes olives. Lots of olives. More than your gardener can handle. This tree may look good in the architect's mind.
