		<description>Everything about this idea sounds great. But, I only see one problem. From my experience for thinking about the long-term of projects in my life I began to relieze that the further you think to the future the more impatient I become about wanting to arrive at the designation. Because the longer you look forward the more the task seems to overwhelming. Maybe apart of the organization was set up to try to break time down so people would not try to take on everything at once. My thinking is that you could still do this by finding away to reward the people who are around the monument in someone. I got this idea from chairlie where he said &quot;Have Fun.&quot; There&#039;s nothing like waiting for something fun in the short-term when working on the long-term. Good luck with the project.</description>
