Might I suggest that a case of Long Now Wine is added to the contents of the 10,000 year clock cave. With the idea that a bottle be opened for a toast at each millennium anniversary.

Perhaps you will set a new record for the Worlds Oldest Bottle of Wine. Of course you will need to wait at least 1700 years in order to take the prize from the current record holder.

'Unearthed during excavation for building a house in a vineyard near the town of Speyer, Germany, it was inside one of two Roman stone sarcophaguses that were dug up. The bottle dates from approximately 325 A.D. and was found in 1867.'

Oh, whew! I was afraid the maturity was going to be more like 12010 - 12018. I'm looking forward to tasting it.
